Abstract

With the establishment of a knowledge-based economy model the formation of industrial intellectual property as one of the main components of the intellectual capital of existing production requires planning, precise organization and motivation of this process. The article suggests a different classification structure of intellectual capital, where it is divided into inner and outer structure, as well as on the competence of personnel. At the same time there is a certain correspondence between the structural components of intellectual capital in both versions of the isolation. Proposed possible distribution of intellectual capital facilities by means of technological equipment units basestion and auxiliary production.
